Children’s rights must be respected during armed conflicts
The armed conflicts really damage populations, destroy cities and civilizations and hurt people. Children’s right must be respected during armed conflicts, but are really respected? Is it really happening?
Unicef has specific right but they aren’t really respected. In the last year, more than two millions children have died as a result of conflicts and more than three that number have been permanently disabled or serious injured. An, in addition, 28 millions are not receiving an education due to armed conflicts, that means that they don’t go to school and learn. War and armed conflicts are really fragile situation when the children’s are not respected. They are hurt and didn’t receive a good medical case, they don’t receive education some of them are even going o war as soldiers.
In conclusion, as far as I’m concerned children’s are not respected the way they should. Children should have the opportunity to grow healthy and educated, instead of going t war. In my humble opinion, I know that war are not going to finish in the near future but children should be protected at all costs.
